Sunset

This is the beauty of living near the seaside. When you feel like running away from all the troubles of living and find solitude in the God's peace and really enjoy His creation, you can do it anytime. During weekdays, the beach is quiet and clean. Teluk Batik used to be where I hang out at night with friends but I think it is not safe to hang out there at night. Evenings and mornings are safer and it is then that I found the it's beauty at its best. Sunrise can be viewed from another side of this medium sized seaside town of Sitiawan. I think Sitiawan is a perfect place to stay...

Cameron

Catherine and I were at Cameron Highlands early this month as part of our retreat to explore beautiful places in Malaysia. It was a day trip. Basically, we were there to revisit the place after a lapse of many years since MYF camp days. So, we took this chance to enjoy the beauty of God's creation.

Singing for the Lord

Here are some of the pictures from the 6 nights of evangelistic concert that was held over a period of a week. Sadly, I couldn't attend the nights at Pangkor and Taiping as I was tied up with work. Nonetheless, 3 nights at Alor Setar, Sitiawan and Penang was already very satisfying. Some times, we can be so held up with work and all sort of other worldly matters. We tend to forget our Father's business. Indeed I was so touch by Juby's testimony (her family's) that it moved me to tears knowing how much she and her late husband love the Lord. They knew what it meant to trust in the Lord and believing Him for miracles in life.

Her husband was a famous song composer, composing songs for various singers in the likes of Ah Mei and Wang Li Hom...and many others. All in all, he wrote 500 hit songs over 3 decades. But the Lord took him home last year while leaving behind a legacy of testimonies to be shared with people who are lost and out of love.

Kang Qiao is no stranger in Malaysia. Seeing him singing for the Lord is already a testimony.

The Lord is doing great things in the lives of celebrities in the chinese community across Asia. When he raises icons like these to sing and evangelise for Him, He will be glorified.
